Four days of sessions, with room to rest, eat well, and get to know one another after hours.
Day One - Monday

Evening - Optional (Students pay for own meal)

Day Two - Tuesday

Day Three - Wednesday

Evening - Optional (Students pay for own meal)
Dinner — Uptown Sports Club, E 6th St
Shrimp po'boys, hushpuppies, oysters, gumbo, salads, bread pudding, and aperol spritz' among the options.

Sauna and cold plunge in a restful space to close out the week.
