LANL Purchasing

Diller Digital is a registered supplier in the Ariba Network.

Registration for In-Person Classes labeled "LANL Invoicing Eligible"

In Fiscal Year 26 (Oct 1, 2026 - Sep 30, 2027), certain in-person classes are eligible for enterprise funding through LANL-ISTI.  These are marked in the description with "LANL Invoicing Eligible".  To take advantage of this program:

  • Add one or more eligible classes to your cart.  Proceed to checkout.
  • Complete payment using the "LANL Invoicing" option at checkout.
    • If "LANL Invoicing" is not available, it means you have a class in your cart that is not eligible for payment that way.  If you are registering for both kinds of classes, you'll have to do it in 2 separate transactions.
    • Enter your @lanl.gov email in the "Contact" field.
    • Use your first and last name and the LANL receiving address in the billing address fields.
  • You'll receive a receipt by email;  note that LANL will be charged a contracted rate, and it will not include NM GRT.  This receipt will serve as confirmation of your registration.
  • Contact info@dillerdigital.com if you have questions or otherwise need help.
  • In the event a course listing says "sold out", email info@dillerdigital.com to be added to a wait-list.  You will be notified if a spot opens up.
  • One week before class starts, we will send setup information.
  • Be sure to register at least 1 week ahead of class so you have time for setup.
  • If you need to cancel or move your registration, please email info@dillerdigital.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  No-shows will still be invoiced.

Registration for Online Classes

For other classes not marked "LANL Invoicing Eligible" (i.e. all online classes) follow these steps:

  • Note the Class Code in the class description.  It will look something like DD-20260223-DEEP-V .
  • Work with your DPR to create a Purchase Request (PR) in Ariba.  Be sure to include the Class Code, your name, and your email.
  • To generate the invoice you will need to create the PR, complete payment for the desired class using the "Request an Invoice" payment option.  An invoice will be emailed to you and a provisional class registration will be created.
  • It may take 7-10 days for the PR to be approved, for a Purchase Order (PO) to be issued, and for Diller Digital to be notified of the PO.  Diller Digital must receive notification of the PO before your registration is complete.  
  • Please aim to complete your registration 1 week before class so we can send you setup instructions in time
