LANL Purchasing

Diller Digital is a registered supplier in the Ariba Network. LANL staff will register through the Diller Digital website and submit payment through Ariba.

Registration and Payment Through Ariba

• Find the class or classes you wish to attend and add them to your cart in the Diller Digital web store. Note the Class Code in each class description.  It will look something like DD-20261130-SEAI-ABQ.
• Proceed to "Checkout" and select "Request an Invoice" as the payment option. Complete the purchase. An order confirmation / invoice will be emailed to you and a provisional class registration will be created.
• Work with your DPR to create a Purchase Request (PR) in Ariba with Diller Digital, LLC as the Supplier.  Be sure to include the Class Code(s), the order number from the confirmation email, your name, and your email. The order confirmation email will serve as the invoice for this PR.
• Ariba processing may take 7–10 days. Your registration is complete when Diller Digital receives notification that the Purchase Order (PO) has been issued. You do not need to wait for the PO before receiving class setup instructions, but the PO must be received before the start of class.
• Whenever possible, begin your registration two weeks before class to allow sufficient time for processing. If the class begins in less than two weeks, submit your registration anyway—we will help you keep the process moving.
