Diller Digital is a registered supplier in the Ariba Network, so you'll sign up for classes that way (procurement cards won't work on this site).
- Work with your DPR to make a Purchase Request in Ariba.
- You can generate an invoice/quote by adding the class to your cart. On the "Checkout" page, one of the payment options is "Request an Invoice", which you can use to have an invoice sent by email.
- Use the class code (found below in descriptions in the course catalog on the website) in the "Description" field. Class codes will look something like DD-PYFN-20250407-V.
- Use the student's name and email address in the "Ship To" fields.
- Once the Purchase Request is approved, we will send you a notice through our web store.
- Be sure to register at least 1 week ahead of class (preferably 2) so that there's time for your purchase request to be approved (that usually takes about 5 days but may take as many as 9)
